The Naming Rules

Naming rules that are enforced.

God wrote:

We reserve the right to decline applications from anyone with a name that we find unsuitable for our guild.
Examples of names that will not be allowed in Sin Belore:

• Names that are obviously originating from some european language, and have a meaning that could not be considered a real name (such as: Carrefour ["crossroads" store], Kaappikello [grandfather clock], rompecabezas [puzzle]).
  

• Last name instead of first name (such as Bloodsun, Darkréaver).
  

• Too typical human names, whatever nationality they are from: (such as Akatsuki, Perttu, Richard, Brynhildr) With the exception to names that sound elven (such as Nathaniel, Eleisha)
  

• Names taken from cartoons, TV series, Movies, Fantasy books, Mythology and the like if the character in question is playing a major role.  For example: Xena (the warrior princess), Renesmee (child of Edward and Bella in the Twilight series), Boromir (from Lord of The rings). If the person only plays a minor role in the movie/book/tv show, we might make an exception (such as Meneldor http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Meneldor who is barely known)
  

• Names that are titles in world of warcraft, in real life, or in written fantasy: ( Seeker, Khaleesi, Jedi, Princéss)
  

• Names of major lore characters in World of Warcraft, wether they are living or dead. And even if they are slightly modificated (such as Kealthas, Ánastarian, Sylvänas)
  

• Nicknames (Péaches, Binky, Réaver)
  

• Dragon names (Nessragosa, Nessrastrasza, )
  

Please try to be original when creating a name for your character, and use google to check wether or not the name you are about to choose is against any of the aforementioned rules.

The rules are more relaxed nowdays, but the above still offer a guideline.
